Outer Banks 2009

Fall Time!

Just checking in! Been awhile since I last posted and so many things have happened since then. Carolina had her tonsils & adenoids removed this week so we are praying for a speedy recovery!

Just 5 weeks to go until our new baby joins us!! :)

Our Little Grasshopper

Baby Girl #2 is doing great! She is quite active and I frequently refer to her as our little grasshopper because her movements remind me of one. :) I am 6 1/2 mos pregnant now and we are looking forward to the newest baby Swiat in November!

Wedding Season!

Well.... we are headed into another batch of weddings this September!! :) Carolina will be in her second wedding as a...Flower Girl, what else?! She will be wearing these beauties underneath her dress. :)


I will be in a wedding the following week and will be wearing these comfy flips when I'm not in my heels (which hopefully won't be much because I'll be 7 mos pregnant by then.) :) Btw, I heart Reef Sandals. :)

Potty Time!

It's Carolina potty time! :) We started potty training this week and Carolina is so excited to wear her "Cinderbella panties" and go potty on the "big girl potty". We have had successful potty times since she turned two, but we decided now is as good a time as any to stay consistent. She loves her Pooh potty and has been sitting on it a lot the last couple of days. Here's to potty training!!

Book Reviews

Not my own, of course, because the only books I'm reading these days are children's books. :) Which is fine by me! It's kinda fun reliving your childhood and seeing your own darling grow and enjoy reading so much!
